The house at Wassertorstraße 28 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building is located on the south side of the Quedlinburger Schloßberg in the Westendorf district . It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site .

Architecture and history

The two-storey half - timbered house was built around 1840. The half-timbered facade is characterized by a column rhythm . The threshold is kept simple. Two St. Andrew's crosses that serve as struts on the floors are striking .
