architecture

It is the house of a former three-winged half-timbered courtyard from the end of the 18th century. The former farm buildings have been replaced by modern extensions. The two-storey gable-permanent house with hipped roof has except for a few changes, such as the wood paneling of the upper gable part and the canopy over the entrance, its original appearance preserved. The floor plan can also be read inside the building, including the traces of the old hearth. The residential building meets the requirements of Section 2 (1) DSchG NRWfor entry in the list of monuments. It is important for human history as a cultural and historical testimony to the work and Housing conditions in the 18th century and for cities and settlements in the sense of local history. There are scientific, here architectural and settlement-historical reasons for its preservation and use.
