The Watts Lake is a lake on the Ingrid Christensen Coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth country . In the Vestfold Mountains it is located immediately southwest of the Ellis Rapids . On the shores of the lake is a refuge built as part of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions .
The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named him after Edward Paul Watts (* 1931), chief diesel generator mechanic and system supervisor at Davis Station in 1969 and at Mawson Station in 1975.
