Wayne Green
Wayne Sanger Green (born September 3, 1922 in Littleton , New Hampshire , † September 13, 2013 in Peterborough , New Hampshire) was an American publicist , publisher and consultant.
biography
Green was the editor of CQ Amateur Radio Magazine, an amateur radio magazine. In 1960, at 73 , he founded a new amateur radio magazine. From 1975 the PC magazine Byte appeared . Over the next few years and decades he began to publish other magazines such as 80 Micro , CD Review , Kilobaud Micro (later renamed Microcomputing ), RUN , InCider , Pico and Cold Fusion Journal . He published books and at times ran a software company. In the early 1980s he helped found the Brazilian PC magazine Micro Sistemas . In 1983 he sold five of his magazines to CW Communications .
