Wayne Koestenbaum (* 1958 ) is an American author .

Life

Koestenbaum studied English at Harvard University , Johns Hopkins University and Princeton University . He is a professor at the City University of New York . Koestenbaum wrote several biographies and wrote lyrical works, novels and an opera libretto.
