Weck Up was a TV show broadcast weekly on Sunday mornings on Sat.1 from June 1998 to October 2014 . Including advertising, Weck Up lasted one hour, and the broadcast date of the program recorded the day before was 8:00 a.m.
Weck Up was produced by News and Pictures Fernsehen and recorded in the Mainz studios of the MediaServiceCenter RM .
The broadcast was part of the program that Sat.1 had to take over from so-called "independent third-party providers" in accordance with the requirements of the State Media Authority of Rhineland-Palatinate.
In October 2014, the program was deleted from the program because the competent Higher Regional Court of Rhineland-Palatinate had decided that the allocation of third-party broadcasting time was invalid and that Sat.1 was therefore allowed to remove the program from the program.
