Signpost (Quellendorf, K 2077)

Signpost between Quellendorf and Libbesdorf

The signpost on the K 2077 between Quellendorf and Libbesdorf is a small monument in the town of Southern Anhalt in the Anhalt-Bitterfeld district in Saxony-Anhalt .

In addition to the signposts to the northeast , southwest and on Köthener Straße , there is also a signpost northwest of Quellendorf . On its east side it points to Libbesdorf with an arrow to the right and to Quellendorf with an arrow to the left. There is also an arrow pointing to the left on the south side, pointing to Naundorf.

It stands on the west side of Kreisstraße 2077. The path that branches off here today, however, leads to Lausigk, both districts of Scheuder . The path to Naundorf branches off from this path to Lausigk today, so that the stone may have carried an arrow towards Lausigk in the past, or this path was only created after the stone was erected.

Since Quellendorf was called Qualendorf until 1838 , the signpost must have been created afterwards if it was not later reworked. It does not appear to be found in the list of monuments , but its type corresponds to the other signposts near Quellendorf.
