Wehrführer (Brandenburg)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A military leader designates the head of a volunteer fire brigade at community level in Brandenburg . This also applies to communities with several district fire departments. The district fire brigades are led by a local defense leader .

Appointment and appointment

The local fire protection agency appoints the fire chief of the volunteer fire brigade and his deputy after hearing the executives of the community's volunteer fire brigade and in consultation with the district fire chief.

The management of the professional fire brigade is also in charge of the volunteer fire brigade. At the suggestion of the volunteer fire brigade executives, it appoints a person from among its members for a period of six years who represents the interests of the volunteer fire brigade's management.

The military leader is appointed honorary officer for a period of six years.
