Wendlinghausen ( Low German : Wendlingsen ) is a district of the municipality of Dörentrup in the Lippe district in North Rhine-Westphalia .

history

Wendlinghausen was first mentioned in writing as Windelinchusen in 1227 . On January 1, 1969, Wendlinghausen became part of the Dörentrup community.

Attractions

A well-known monument of the Weser Renaissance is Wendlinghausen Castle .
