Werner Bartl

Werner Bartl (born May 11, 1958 in Linz ) is an Austrian author and television journalist.

Life

Werner Bartl was editor-in-chief for the programs Vera , Schicksalstag , Primavera and Vera Exklusiv for ORF until 2007 . He then served as mission manager at ProSieben Austria , the Austria News , the Austria Top Talk and Tonight TV . From the start of broadcasting in 2008, he accompanied Puls 4 as head of development for ProSiebenSat.1 Media for two years . Then Bartl designed for ServusTV, ATV and Rocketmedia documentaries at home and abroad. From 2015 he worked as an editor with a focus on domestic politics for the Servus Journal. He also regularly accompanied Austrian politicians on trips abroad and reported live on the election of the Federal President from the Hofburg.

In 2017 he became interim editor-in-chief at ATV for one year . As part of this activity, he developed the political program Reality Check for presenter Sylvia Saringer for the National Council election in Austria 2017 , which was then nominated for the Austrian film and television award Romy in the "Information" category.
