Werner Müller (born June 2, 1926 ) is a former German soccer player .

The midfielder played for 1. FSV Mainz 05 in the Oberliga Südwest until 1950 . The season 1950/51 he completed for the Prussian Krefeld in the II. Division . The following season Müller played in the Oberliga Süd for the Stuttgarter Kickers . Then he moved to Eintracht Braunschweig . In the league season 1954/55 Müller played with SSV Reutlingen 05 in the Oberliga Süd and was runner-up with the Reutlingen team in this league. Therefore, he took part with the SSV in the qualifying round for the final round of the 1955 German championship . There Müller played both in the 3-0 defeat against SV Sodingen in the first qualifying round and in the second qualifying round in the 2-1 defeat against Wormatia Worms . He then played in the II Division in 1955/56 for KSV Hessen Kassel . In the following season he was active for VfB Helmbrechts .
