Werner Woldemar Söderhjelm (born May 3, 1832 in the former Finnish municipality of Muolaa , South Karelia , † August 14, 1904 in Helsinki ) was a Finnish lawyer and statesman .

Söderhjelm had worked as an auditor or civil judge in Uleåborg and Wiborg since 1853 and worked successfully as a district judge in the border district of Äyräpää in South Karelia, which was also inhabited by many Russians from 1871–97 . Thereupon promoted to the Senate Procurator (Oberreichsanwalt) of the Grand Duchy , as the highest Finnish judicial officer since 1899 he has been emphatically advocating the special constitutional rights of the country, which is why he had to resign in 1900.
