A two-storey building made of clinker bricks was created. Red, dark red and orange colored stones were used to structure the facades. The design is based on the high Gothic style . The villa has facing gables , bay windows , side risalite and roof houses. In the eaves cornice there is a clover leaf frieze . The entrance door is from the construction period. The same applies to the design of the staircase and the doors to the individual floors.
