Whiskey Sunday is an American punk band from San Jose , California, founded in 1998 .
Singer Dover writes the band's lyrics. from their current label 1-2-3-4 Go Records are named as similar bands including Naked Raygun , Leatherface and Hot Water Music , critics also see similarities with Face to Face .
They are friends with the punk band The Sainte Catherines and have already recorded a Split 7 " together . In 2006 the band went on a European tour for the first time at the invitation of the German label YoYo Records .
