The White Friars River is a creek in northern Dominica in the Parish Saint Andrew .
Surname
The river is named after a Carmelite settlement ( English : "White Friars").
geography
The White Friars River rises in Providence Estate , north of the Paix Bouche settlement at about 200 m above sea level and flows in a large arc to the southeast. In Thibaud it flows into the Thibaud River , which shortly afterwards itself flows into the Atlantic .
The river is about 2.9 km long. The sources of Boulisst River and Thibaud River are in close proximity.
