The White Hill ( English for White Hill ) is a 105 m high and striking hill on the Ingrid Christensen coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth Land . It rises up on the Stornes peninsula in the Larsemann Hills .
Scientists from a campaign of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions carried out from 1986 to 1987 named it descriptively after the white quartz deposits found here .
