The Wierchporoniec is a mountain at the foot of the Polish High Tatras with an altitude of 1105  m npm

Location and surroundings

The summit is close to the Oswald-Balzer-Weg panorama trail on the edge of the Tatra National Park .

When Wierchporoniec is a parking lot on the Oswald Balzer-way on the provincial road 960 . A hiking trail to the center of the High Tatras begins there.

A hiking trail leads to the summit:

• ▬ The green marked hiking trail starts on Wierchporoniec and leads over the Goły Wierch Rusinowy peak to the Rusinowa Polana mountain pasture,the Gęsia Szyja peak and further into the Dolina Gąsienicowa valley.
