Wilder Medina (born February 21, 1981 in Puerto Nare ) is a former Colombian football player .

The striker began his career with Deportivo Rionegro in the Primera B category . In 2004 he went to Atlético Huila in the Categoría Primera A , 2005 to Envigado FC and 2006 to Patriotas Boyacá . In 2007 he was the top scorer in the Categoría Primera B and rose as a master with Patriotas. But Medina switched to Deportes Tolima . In 2010 he was the top scorer in the Finalización and runner-up with Tolima. In September 2011, his career was interrupted because he was banned for a year because of a positive doping test .

During Apertura 2013 he then played CD for Santa Fe . He was top scorer of the Categoría Primera A and won the runner-up championship with Santa Fe. In the summer he moved to Barcelona SC Guayaquil in the Ecuadorian Serie A , but after half a year he returned to Santa Fe. With the club he won the Colombian Championship 2014-II and was a finalist of the Copa Colombia 2014 . In 2015 he was loaned to Real Cartagena . In mid-2015 he moved to Sport Boys Warnes and in mid-2016 to Fortaleza FC . He ended his career there in 2017.
