Wilfried Haesen
Wilfried Haesen (born January 1, 1943 in Berlin ; † August 3, 2015 ) was a German lawyer and State Secretary in Berlin.
Haesen completed a law degree and received his doctorate in Cologne in 1970. He had worked in the federal administration since 1973: in the Federal Ministries for Economic Cooperation , Research and Technology and Finance , there as Ministerial Director .
From 1989 to 1991 he was State Secretary for Federal and European Affairs of the State of Berlin in the Momper Senate . He then switched to the private sector and later worked as a lawyer.
Haesen had been a member of the SPD since 1970.
