Wilfried Hofmann (politician)

Wilfried Hofmann (born February 19, 1947 in Osterburg ) is a German politician ( FDP , Union of Free Citizens ). From 1990 to 1994 he was a member of the Saxony-Anhalt state parliament .

Life

Wilfried Hofmann attended primary school from 1953 to 1961 and passed the Abitur in 1965 after attending EOS . In 1968 he completed his training as an FA bank clerk and worked from 1965 to 1969 as an employee. From 1969 to 1988 he worked as an educator or teacher. In 1974 he passed the state examination in youth education and in 1987 graduated as a qualified teacher and graduate philosopher. In 1987/88 he was a lecturer in philosophy and rhetoric at the Central Party School of the LDPD “Dr. Wilhelm Külz ”in Bantikow .

Wilfried Hofmann is of Protestant denomination, is married and has two children.

Wilfried Hofmann was a member of the LDPD . At the turn of the century he was regional manager of the FDP-East Saxony-Anhalt from March 1990 , from August 1990 deputy regional manager FDP Saxony-Anhalt and member of the regional executive committee. In the first state election in Saxony-Anhalt in 1990, he was elected to the state parliament via the state list. He was education policy spokesman for the FDP parliamentary group.

Hofmann left the FDP and its parliamentary group and joined the League of Free Citizens. In Parliament he was initially non-attached. In 1994, Wilfried Hofmann merged with the former members of the disbanded DS parliamentary group (German social parliamentary group, successor to the DSU parliamentary group), the chairmen of the taxpayer party Bärbel Ballhorn and Gerd Brunner to form the independent parliamentary group (FUA).
