Wilhelm Appun

Wilhelm Appun (born August 17, 1871 in Klein Rhüden ; † July 18, 1961 there ) was a German farmer and politician ( DVP ).

Life

Appun worked as a farmer in Klein Rüden. He did his military service from 1889 to 1892 with the Brunswick Hussar Regiment No. 17 , most recently with the rank of non-commissioned officer.

Appun joined the DVP during the Weimar Republic and joined the Stahlhelm, Bund der Frontsoldaten . From 1924 to 1927 he was a member of the Braunschweigische Landtag , where he was a member of the parliamentary working group of the national parties and the business association (parliamentary group).
