Wilhelm Behringer

Wilhelm Behringer (born December 11, 1853 in Oberschönegg , † June 18, 1931 in Munich ) was a German judge.

Life

As the son of the Weidenberg chief magistrate Georg Behringer, Behringer studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University . On November 12, 1872 , he renounced his father's Corps Suevia Munich . In the summer semester of 1873 he resigned for unknown reasons. On July 26th, 1903, he was awarded the ribbon for the 100th Suevia Foundation Festival . He was married to Lina geb. Wagner († 1929). Sworn in in 1876, the Bavarian III. Public Prosecutor (1882), District Judge (1884) and Second Public Prosecutor (1889). In 1893 he was appointed regional judge, in 1899 first public prosecutor and in 1902 regional court director. In 1903 he came to the First Criminal Senate of the Reich Court . After 20 years, he retired at the age of 70 in December 1923. He was considered a "Jewish lawyer". Nothing is known about this in his corps.
