Wilhelm Bronner

Wilhelm Bronner (born October 21, 1954 in Memmingen ; † September 3, 2016 in Augsburg ) was a German painter who lived and worked in Germany and Brazil. He painted in the field of contemporary art .

Exhibitions

Wilhelm Bronner had been a freelance artist since 1976. He has had solo exhibitions at home and abroad, for example in Washington, DC , New York , Florence and Bourges .

1983 was his first solo exhibition in Berlin at the Horst Dietrich gallery. On the occasion of his 50th birthday, the Holbein House in Augsburg devoted an extensive solo exhibition to him in 2004.

Numerous works by the artist were acquired by the public sector, including the cultural office of the city of Memmingen .
