Wilhelm Eduard Wilda

Wilhelm Eduard Wilda (actually: Wolf Ephraim Seligmann ; born August 17, 1800 in Altona ; † August 9, 1856 in Kiel ) was a German lawyer .

He was a legal historian specializing in old German law and a full professor at the University of Breslau and the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel . His best-known work is "The Germanic Criminal Law" from 1842.
