Wilhelm Kubig

Wilhelm Kubig (* 1873 ; † unknown) was a German politician.

In 1899 he joined the Social Democratic Party of Germany . During the November Revolution in 1918 he was a member of the Workers 'and Soldiers' Council , the Executive Council of the German Socialist Republic and the Republican Security Armed Forces . After 1918 he was active as a functionary for the USPD and a member of the district assembly of the Berlin district of Pankow . Since May 2, 1919 he was an unpaid mayor in Pankow and from November 26, 1920 head of the district council assembly of the Berlin-Pankow district. Together with most of the party members, he rejoined the SPD in autumn 1922. From March 18, 1921 to October 31, 1924 he was district mayor of Berlin-Pankow.
