Wilhelm Moessner

Wilhelm Mößner (born March 21, 1888 in Nabern , Oberamt Kirchheim , † September 12, 1955 in Stuttgart ) was a German politician (SPD).

Wilhelm Mößner attended elementary school in Nabern, then the Latin and Realschule in Kirchheim unter Teck . He then completed training for the middle administrative service, which he finished in 1909 with the service examination. From July 1909 to 1914 he worked as an assistant in the Protestant church maintenance department in Stuttgart and at various senior offices, from September 1914 to August 1919 he was the local health insurance administrator in Nürtingen . From August 1919 to June 1931 he was mayor of Münster . After its incorporation in Stuttgart, he was administrative director. From April 1932 to May 1933 he was the administrative director of the Katharinen Hospital , from June 1933 to November 1933 he was the official director of the cemetery office. From May to August 1945 he was head of the Vaihingen local office and from August 1945 to March 1954 director of the Stuttgart City Personnel Office. In 1954 he retired.

From 1928 to 1932 Wilhelm Mößner was a member of the Württemberg state parliament for the constituency of Esslingen-Kirchheim-Nürtingen for the SPD .

family

Wilhelm Mößner was the son of the farmer and deer innkeeper Johann Friedrich Mößner (1862–1920) and Gottliebin Mößner born. Schäfer (1862–1920), in Nabern. In 1915 he married Anna Agnes Müller.
