Wilhelm Müller (lawyer)

Wilhelm Müller (born January 30, 1902 in Mosbach , † January 16, 1993 in Ettlingen ) was a German lawyer .

Life

Wilhelm Müller, eldest son of the Baden District Court Judge Otto Müller (1859–1947) and Emma Müller, née Zoeller (1872–1949), who came from Colmar , turned to studying law after graduating from high school , which he completed with a doctorate . Wilhelm Müller was subsequently employed as General Public Prosecutor at the Karlsruhe Higher Regional Court after various judicial posts and as President of the Higher Regional Court from 1963 until his retirement in 1967.

Wilhelm Müller received the Great Cross of Merit with Star of the Federal Republic of Germany in 1967 . He died in 1993 just before the age of 91. His younger brother was the philosopher Max Müller (1906-1994).
