Wilhelm Uebler (born February 28, 1899 in Pleinfeld , † February 13, 1968 in Fürth ) was a German shot putter .

Life

Uebler was born in Pleinfeld in Central Franconia in 1899 . He took part in the Summer Olympics in Amsterdam in 1928 and took sixth place on July 29 with a width of 14.69 meters. For TV 1860 Fürth , he won silver at the German Athletics Championships in 1928 , 1929 and 1930 . In 1968, Übler died in Fürth a few days before his birthday at the age of 68.
