Wilhelm Krupka , from 1883 from Krupka , (born April 6, 1823 in Pillau , † November 23, 1893 in Berlin ) was a Prussian administrative officer and first district administrator of the Flensburg district .

Life

Wilhelm Krupka was born in Pillau, East Prussia, as the son of the local fortress provisions master. He attended high school in Braunsberg and then began to study philosophy at the Königsberg Albertina , which he soon broke off in favor of a law degree. In 1843 he was one of the founders and first spokesman for the Germania fraternity . In 1845 he finished his studies with the legal trainee examination.

In 1851 he became district administrator of Krotoschin County in the Province of Poznan . From 1855 to 1858 he was a member of the Prussian state parliament . In the course of the German War in 1866 he was active in various Prussian commissions, for example briefly taking over civil administration in Franconia .

In 1867 Krupka was appointed District Administrator of Flensburg and in 1868 as Privy Councilor. In 1871/72 he was a member of the Commission for the Regulation of Prussian-Danish Subject and Military Relationships . In 1883 he and his son were raised to the nobility . He retired in 1889 and lived in Berlin until his death in 1893.
