Willi Nolting (born October 17, 1916 ; † unknown) was a German football player and official. He was under contract with Arminia Bielefeld .

Career

Nolting began his career at VfL Schildesche and came to Arminia Bielefeld via VfB 03 Bielefeld in 1949, who had just been promoted to the first-class Oberliga West at the time . In the league season 1949/50 he was used seven times and remained without a goal and could not prevent the descent of the Bielefeld. Until 1954 Nolting played with the Arminia in the II. Division West and scored a goal in 69 games. Later Nolting became assistant coach at Arminia and in 1970 he made it to the Bundesliga as an assistant to Egon Piechaczek . Nolting then took over the post of chairman of the licensed players department and took over the training of the professional team several times as an interim solution. After he refused in 1988 to pay the contribution of 200 marks that had been decided to save the club financially , Nolting was expelled from the club.
