Willi Nuppnau

Willi Nuppnau (born November 26, 1906 , † after 1988) was a German politician ( SED ) and economic functionary. From 1950 to 1952 he was a member of the state parliament of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in the GDR .

Life

Nuppnau, of petty bourgeois origin, attended elementary school and learned the trade of clerk. In 1926 he became a member of the KPD . During the Second World War he had to do military service in the Wehrmacht and was taken prisoner by the Soviets , where he attended the Central School in 2040 as an Antifa student .

After his return to Germany in the Soviet zone of occupation , he became a member of the SED and the Association of Mutual Peasant Aid (VdgB). In 1950 he took over the role of Secretary of the Mecklenburg State Executive. From October 1950 to July 1952 he was a member of the state parliament of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . He then acted from 1952 to 1953 as head of department in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Management of the GDR and from 1954 to 1962 as an employee and party secretary in the Ministry of Foreign and Inner German Trade . From January 1962 to June 1972 he acted as general director of the foreign trade company Zentral-Kommerz GmbH . Although Nuppnau had already reached retirement age in 1971 and was congratulated on his 70th birthday as a veteran in Berlin in 1976, from June 1972 to June 1988 he took over the management of the newly founded Agrima GmbH , an import and export agency in the field of agricultural products, the metalworking industry and the initiation of business relationships between companies in the GDR and abroad. Agrima GmbH was subordinate to Main Department I of the KoKo division in the Ministry of Foreign Trade. At the same time, he was the general manager of the foreign trade company Transinter GmbH , which in turn was assigned to Main Department II of the KoKo division.
