William Harrower ( October 8, 1861 - October 27, 1910 ) was a Scottish football player . In his playing career, he won the Scottish Cup three times in the 1880s .

William Harrower played for Queen's Park FC in Glasgow from 1881 to 1886 . With the club he won the Scottish Cup in 1882 , 1884 and 1886 .

National team

William Harrower played three times for the Scottish national team between 1882 and 1886 , scoring four goals. He made his debut for the Bravehearts on March 11, 1882 in a 5-1 win over England at Hampden Park in Glasgow. He met it to 1-0 lead. In 1884 he played against Ireland during the British Home Championship in which he scored two more goals in the national jersey. With Scotland he eventually won the tournament. In his last international match, which he completed in 1886 as part of the British Home Championship 1885/86 against Wales , he managed another goal. Scotland shared the tournament victory with England.
