William Koskei
William Koskei (also Bill Koskei; * 28. December 1947 ) is a former Ugandan - Kenyan hurdler , which refers to the 400-meter distance had specialized and because of its Sprint strength in the 400-meter relay by 4 was used .
Starting for Uganda, he won silver over the 400 m hurdles at the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh in 1970 .
In the same discipline he retired for Kenya starting at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich and won silver at the 1973 Pan-African Games in Lagos.
In 1974 he won bronze over the 400 m hurdles at the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch and won the Kenyan 4 x 400 meter relay. At the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton in 1978 , he was fifth over 400 m hurdles and defended the title with the Kenyan 4 x 400 meter relay.
