William Scott O'Connor (born May 23, 1864 in Pittsburgh , † January 16, 1939 in New York City ) was an American fencer .
Life
At the 1904 Olympic Games in St. Louis , he only took part in the stick fencing competition, which was only held at these games . In this he was second behind Albertson Van Zo Post and in front of William Grebe . Together with Graeme Hammond, O'Connor founded the Amateur Fencers League of America in 1891 .
