Willy Friedrichs
Willy Friedrichs (born August 1, 1908 ; † after 1981) was a German voice actor and actor .
Life
Willy Friedrichs worked in the theater in Berlin at the end of the thirties and beginning of the forties ; the German Stage Yearbook 1940 lists him as a member of the operetta ensemble of the Berlin Schillertheater (at that time under the name “Schiller Theater der Reichshauptstadt Berlin”).
Willy Friedrichs has been proven to be a film actor since the late forties . Mostly he was used as a small and small actor. From the sixties Friedrichs was seen on television in several crime series. In the ZDF series Der Kommissar , he played Der Moormörder (first broadcast: January 1971) as the bank director, the former head of the female murder victim.
From the beginning of the fifties he also began to work as a voice actor. He was u. a. can be heard in the films A Place in the Sun , In Love with a Queen and The Bridge of Remagen . He lent his voice a. a. Ward Bond , Pierre Brasseur , Niall MacGinnis and Orson Welles .
In 1976 Friedrichs had a speaking role as Gepetto in the cartoon series Pinocchio ; Recordings from the TV series were also released as radio plays on LP by Polydor in 1977 . He also lent his voice to various characters (Old Man, Rose Beetle Peppi or Kurt, the fat beetle) in the cartoon series Maya the Bee (1975).
After the Second World War , Friedrichs lived in Munich .
