Willy Furchner

Willy Furchner (born October 20, 1892 in Berlin ; † February 20, 1968 there ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Willy Furchner attended elementary school and did a commercial apprenticeship. In 1919 he became a calculator and works accountant at Julius Pintsch AG in Berlin. In 1925 he joined the SPD.

After the Second World War , Furchner became an employee of the "Union of commercial, office and administrative employees" in the Free German Trade Union Federation (FDGB). In the first Berlin election in 1946 he was elected to the city ​​council of Greater Berlin . In the following election in 1948 , Furchner was also elected to the district assembly in the Wedding district. At the end of 1950 he resigned from both offices.
