Wincanton Classic

The Wincanton Classic (also called Leeds Classic and Rochester Classic ) was a one-day race that was held in Great Britain and was part of the Cycling World Cup .

It was first held in Newcastle in 1989 . In 1990 and 1991 the race took place in Brighton . The following year they moved to Leeds and the last year they were held they drove to Rochester . In 1998, the race in the World Cup calendar was replaced by the HEW Cyclassics .
