These should be fully operational in 2018. The wind farm has 40 wind turbines of the type Enercon E-66 . In mid-2005 the wind farm was expanded by four Enercon E-70 and three Enercon E-48 turbines . Twenty-eight Enercon E-82s were installed in 2009 . A couple of Enercon E-115 systems were added later . At the beginning of 2017 4 Enercon E-101 were put into operation. The installed electrical output is 207 megawatts
Wind turbine with viewing platform
As a special feature, one of the E-66 systems is designed as a wind turbine with a viewing platform and is accessible to the public. A spiral staircase with 297 steps takes visitors to the glazed viewing platform at a height of 65 meters.
