The Schlewecke wind farm (also: Bad Harzburg wind farm ) is a wind farm near the Radauanger settlement in the Schlewecke district of the Lower Saxon town of Bad Harzburg in the Goslar district . It was built in 1995 and consists of a total of three wind turbines .
geography
The wind farm is located on the Güdeckeberg, a mountain between the Schlewecke and Harlingerode field marks . To the east is the Radauanger settlement , and the Radau flows a little further from the wind farm in a valley. The four-lane federal highway 6 borders directly on the wind farm, and beyond it is the Bad Harzburg-Nord industrial park .
history
From the 1990s, the Bad Harzburg politics manifested the idea of building a wind farm. After intensive negotiations and necessary changes to the development plan, the Wind Concept Bad Harzburg KG was formed , which was to represent the first of the two companies in the Bad Harzburg area alongside Wind Concept 2000 KG for the much more powerful Harlingerode wind farm . The systems were put into operation on December 24th and 25th, 1995.

In order to finance the construction, in addition to the city and municipal utilities of Bad Harzburg and local traders, 67 citizens with participation loans and limited partners' shares participated in the equity, the smallest amount being 1,000 DM. The limited partnership capital is DM 950,000 (EUR 485,727), the investments amount to EUR 1.48 million.
Plant data
There are three Enercon E-40 / 5.40 systems in operation, each with a nominal output of 500 kW. As of 2015, the yield of the systems was 108.1%, above the forecast, with an annual feed-in of 2.43 GWh with a forecast of 2.25 GWh. In 2015 the availability of the wind farm was 96.33%.
