At the 10th Winter Paralympics 2010 , 20 cross-country skiing competitions were held between March 14 and 21, 2010 in Whistler .

Competitions

The competitions were held in the categories of visually impaired, sitting and standing. There were a total of 20 medal decisions, ten of them for women and ten for men. The last two races were held in the relay. The distances ranged from one kilometer in the sprint competition to 20 kilometers in the men's individual race. The most successful nation in the cross-country skiing competitions of the 10th Winter Paralympics was Russia with a total of 22 medals - seven in gold, nine in silver and six in bronze. Germany took third place with three gold and one silver medal. The most successful athlete was the German Verena Bentele with three gold medals. The most successful athlete was the Canadian Brian McKeever with three gold medals.
