The Winterhore is a mountain in the Bernese Pre-Alps .
The mountain is 2608 m above sea level. M. high and lies as part of the Niesen chain between the rear end of the Diemtigtal in the west and the Engstligental in the east, as a secondary peak of the Männliflue 600 m northwest .
At its summit, the areas of the municipalities of Diemtigen and Frutigen meet.
