The half-timbered house, built around 1800, is located on the former corridor of Altfriedstein . Located directly on the street from Winzerstraße, it stands on a corner plot of land facing Lindenaustraße, which was newly created by Schilling & Graebner around 1905 with the establishment of the Altfriedstein villa colony . At that time, Schilling & Gräbner's "Altfriedstein" construction office was also in the building.

The two-storey house with its gable roof stands on the slope side of Winzerstraße diagonally across from the Lotter house , with which it forms only a narrow street. The ground floor is solid, the upper floor in exposed framework. To the east of the main house is a small, renovated outbuilding, also with a gable roof, facing the street; both houses form a small entrance courtyard. The winegrower's house shows an arched portal on the ground floor to this entrance courtyard, which is now designed as a glass gate.

In 1920 some windows were widened. Since the 2000s, the building has been thoroughly reconstructed in the old style by its owner because of its previous poor condition. The building has since been released from monument protection and is no longer included in the list of Radebeul cultural monuments published in 2012.
