WirtschaftsKurier was founded in 1958 in Munich . Until the end of 2012 the newspaper belonged to the media group Pressedruck , Augsburg. In November 2012, the concept and design of the newspaper were recognized by the European Newspaper Award . WirtschaftsKurier has been part of the Weimer Media Group since the beginning of 2013 .
Content
The WirtschaftsKurier is a compulsory sheet of the Munich Stock Exchange and appears in the Rhenish format with a circulation of 100,000 copies. The newspaper specializes in background reporting. The target group are in particular executives in the German economy. The editorial office is in Munich.
