Wirzweli is an at 1226 m above sea level. M. above the Engelberg situated hamlet of community Dallenwil in Kanton Nidwalden in Switzerland . It is located on a terrace around 700 meters above the valley floor, in the back of the Stanserhorn ( 1898 m above sea level ).
Transport links
Wirzweli can be reached from Dallenwil by cable car or by car via the Ächerli pass road.
In Wirzweli there is a small holiday village with restaurants, a summer toboggan run and a children's playground in summer. In summer Wirzweli is a hiking area, in winter it has a ski lift and a children's drag lift; without valley run.
Between Wirzweli and the 1579 m above sea level. M. high Gummenalp , another starting point for walks, runs a cable car.
