Vitaly Rudentschik

Witalij Rudentschik ( Bulgarian Виталий Руденчик , English transcription Vitaliy Rudenchik ; born February 21, 1982 in Prague , ČSSR) is a former Bulgarian biathlete .

Rudentschik started biathlon in 2003. The sports teacher who lives in Sofia starts for Rilski sportist Sofia and is trained by Yuri MItew. He made his international debut at a European Cup sprint race in Ridnaun , where he finished 79th. In Antholz, he started the biathlon World Cup for the first time in the second half of winter and finished 47th in the sprint. In 2004 he took part in the World Championships in Oberhof and the European Championships in Minsk . The best result was a ninth place with the Bulgarian relay at the EM. The highlight of Rudentschik's career so far was the start at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin . With a 20th place in the sprint, he achieved his best result in the World Cup so far. In 2007 he took part in the World Championships for the fourth time in Antholz .
