Vladimir Nikolajewitsch Bereznew ( Russian Владимир Николаевич Береснев ; born January 3, 1977 ) is a Russian biathlete .

Vladimir Bereznev was at the 2002 European Biathlon Championships in Kontiolahti 45th of the individual, 21st of the sprint and 28th of the pursuit. At the IBU Grand Prix in Khanty-Mansiysk he was fourth in the mass start and fifth in the pursuit race. The 2002/03 season was particularly successful . In the European Cup he was third in a pursuit race behind Holger Schönthier and Alexander Os in Windischgarsten , a little later in Obertilliach in a sprint behind Alexei Solowjow and second in front of Yevgeny Trebuschenko . In Ridnaun he won a sprint race in front of Holger Schönthier and Tor Halvor Bjørnstad . In the overall standings of the season he was 18. After the 2005/06 season , he came to no more international assignments.
