Wołosaty is the name of a 27.8 km long left tributary of the San in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship in Poland . It is the first major left tributary of the San, which forms the border between Poland and Ukraine in its upper reaches, after it entered Polish territory.

The river, which bears the name Wołosatka in its upper reaches, has its source in the largely deserted Bieszczady National Park (Bieszczadzki Park Narodowy) in the Bieszczady Mountains in the extreme southeast of Poland on the border with Ukraine near the Przełęcz Bukowska pass below the 1,320 m high Bergs Kopa Bukowska at an altitude of around 1,140 m. It flows first to the west, then turns to the north and flows through the village of Ustrzyki Górne (with the seat of the national park administration) and flows into the San at the village of Stuposiany . The catchment area is given as 118.2 km².
