Wolf-Christian Ulrich (* 1975 ) is a German journalist and television presenter .

Life

After leaving school, he studied musicology and North American studies at the Humboldt University and the Free University of Berlin . During his studies, he gained his first journalistic experience with the student newspaper UnAufberford . A scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service took him to the University of British Columbia in Vancouver . He then completed the RTL journalism school for TV and multimedia . He was the moderator of the discussion program log in at ZDFinfo . Since summer 2013 he has also been the presenter of the Morgenmagazin program. In 2019 he was first used as a presenter at ZDF Mittagsmagazin , but only as a substitute. On November 8, 2019, Ulrich completed his last assignment as moderator of the morning magazine. When he said goodbye to his colleagues, he stated that in future he would work for the ZDF studio in Vienna in order to report from Austria and southern Eastern Europe.
