Wolf Schmidt-Arget

Wolf Schmidt-Arget (born June 3, 1949 in Munich ) is a German radio editor who is also active as an author and musician.

Life

Until 1974 Wolf Schmidt-Arget studied at the Technical University in Munich . After graduating in physics, he did his doctorate in 1977 . Then Schmidt-Arget was a lecturer in biophysics at the University of Munich . He has been a full-time editor at Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR) since 1984 . Wolf Schmidt-Arget was also involved in the Association of Friends of Bavarian Literature .

Schmidt-Arget wrote numerous poems , short stories (some of which were published in 1981 in S 'Leben is a Wissnschaft ), but also television scripts . He also published scientific articles. As early as 1980, the scientist released an LP called I wüsch Dir was , on which he could be heard as a lieder singer with poems set to music by Helmut Zöpfl (including his most famous poem, Klassentreffen ). He was accompanied musically by Ambros Seelos . With The Man Who Was Not To Hang (1987), Arget was also an associate editor of "Incredible Stories," which were printed in multiple editions.
