Wolfgang A. Wall

Wolfgang A. Wall (* 1964 ) is an Austrian civil engineer and university professor .

Life

Born near Salzburg , Wall studied civil engineering in Innsbruck and received his doctorate from the University of Stuttgart . He was the founding director of the Munich School of Engineering and co-founder of AdCo EngineeringGW. He is currently the Rector of the International Center for Mechanical Sciences (CISM) in Udine (Italy) and a member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences and the Bavarian Academy of Sciences . Wolfgang A. Wall is a full professor and founding director of the Institute for Computational Mechanics at the Technical University of Munich .
